My green dream
Good morning everyone. I’m number . I’m so glad to have the chance to be here. Today My topic is about “my green dream”.
I had a green dream. On the planet, there were so many green mountains, green trees, green grass and clear water everywhere . This planet looked like a beautiful park, The birds were singing beautifully in the trees. The butterflies were dancing on the flowers. The people were having a great time here. I enjoyed myself in this “park”, I fell in love with it.
One day, I found that my green dream far away from me. I looked up in the distance. On the mountains, the people are cutting down the trees to make money. The mountains are no more green. The trees are fewer and fewer, the grass is less and less. More and more factories are pouring the waster water into the river. The water is no more clear. More and more cars are polluting our air, the air is no more clean now.
If people continue doing like this, what will happen in 50 years? I can’t imagine that. It is too horrible. Without the trees on the mountains, there will be nothing to keep from water
running away, there will be droughts and floods, we will lose our beautiful tall buildings, we will lose our green hometown.
Everyone, what should we do? We must do something useful to take care of our hometown. We can tell the people about the importance of protecting our environment. We can tell them not to harm our hometown. We can plant more trees, more grass and more flowers. We can save the water and ask people to do so. we can put the litters into the dustbins and collect them for recycling. If we do so, my green dream will come true. Our hometown will be more green and our future will be more beautiful!
