英语作文,报告格式是书信格式吗英语作文,报告用写Dear…,结尾 不是的，报告格式一般由标题和注释两部分组成.（一）标题.标题可以有两种写法.一种是规范化的标题格式，即“发文主题”加“文种”，基本格式为“关于****的状况报告”（二）注释.注释一般分前言、主体、结尾三部分.1.前言.写明调查对象的历史背景、大致进展经过、现实情况、次要成果、突出问题等基本状况，进而提出中心问题或次要观点来.2.主体.这是报告最次要的部分，这部分详述基本状况、做法、阅历，以及分析讨论所得材料中得出的各种详细熟悉、观点和基本结论.3.结尾.提出处理问题的方法、对策或下一步改进工作的建议.中文书信的的标准格式是这样的：称呼，顶格写问好，另起一行空两格.注释，另起一行空两格写，也可以紧接问好的短句写注释.“此致”有两种支配法：一是“此致”接在注释后，后面不用标点符号；二是另起一行，空两格写“此致”，后面同样不用标点.“此致”可用“顺祝”“敬颂”之类的词语替换，但此致后可以用“敬礼”也可以不用.“敬礼”另起一行，空两格写，后面用叹号.落款，另起一行，靠右写本人的落款.落款下标注写信的日期.。
