2012PG graduation tips

Employment /Personal / Dispatch Information collection就业就学信息反馈



1) The Importance:

-Helps the University know how you are progressing with your employment or further study.



- Necessary for the Career Development Office to provide the employment process which includes the dispatch pass.



-Better trace and keep in touch with you after graduating.



2) Items:personal information, course, employment status, employment information,

further study information, dispatch pass related information…

3) Survey link: will be available on 21st September



Survey open day: 21st Sep Deadline: 1st Nov

The Career development office has a stand in Graduation ceremony atTB109on the graduation day (17th Nov) to help you check the information, and collect your study experience certificate (学习经历证明) which is required for the degree verification.

Dispatch Pass: 中外合作办学毕业生就业报到证明信—For Chinese students only

According to the new document issued by Zhejiang Education Bureau, the Zhejiang Education Bureau would like to issue the Dispatch pass for you. Please hand in your*Tri-contract (协议书) or copy of contract. If you find the job, you could collect the tri-contractfrom our office (AB 207) Please don’t use the electronic copy anymore!

浙江省教育厅已经为我校硕士研究生毕业生统一印制了带有编号的《中外合作办学毕业生就业协议书》，请在找到工作之后向就业指导办公室领取 . 如何签署三方协议请点击此链接http://moodle.nottingham.ac.uk/course/view.php?id=11293在‘Employment Procedure - PG students - graduates form’文件夹下的‘The procedure of dispatch application. The deadline for applying for dispatch pass is the 31 Oct 2014. After that date, we will issue the dispatch pass with the title of HR department of your Domicile address (户籍所在地人才中心) 。



*It is compulsory for every Chinese student.

Degree Verification 中外合作办学国外学历学位认证

 Degree Verification is one certificate issued by Chinese Service Centre for Scholarly

Exchange to verify your degree. Some employers and institution may require it.  It is completely optional.

 If you would like to apply for Degree Verification, please see the information below.

1 Apply for it assembly through university

Agency: Ningbo branch of Chinese Service Centre for Scholarly Exchange

Total Fee: 800rmb (including degree verification fee 360, translation fee 200 and service charge of Ningbo branch of CSCSE 240)

Date: Sunday 18 Nov 2012 9:30Am-11:30Am, 2:00Pm-5:00Pm Venue: SSB120

Monday 19 Nov 2012 9:30AM-11:30AM Venue: SSB302

Material:

 Please see the email for the details of the raw material

-You need to hand in all the material by yourself or ask your friends to hand in it. I am very sorry the career development office or other office could not submit material for you.

-You will get your Degree Certificate and transcript from graduation ceremony and no need to apply form academic service office;
