1. 一套能做吗?具体他要的这个产品,一套工厂能提供吗?如果可以,就直接提供一个报价单表示一套的美金价格。同时告诉客人如果是下单前的样品,请告知并可能告知今后大货的订单量,到时会更新大货的价格给他。
2. 在中国买值得吗?主动告诉客人他的这套产品不同用途可能产生的总共费用:如果一套家用,用国内的快递运输可能会产生多少的运费,加上产品费用,总的会需要多少费用得到这么一套产品。可以让客人考虑像你买是否划算。同时如果这个产品或类似产品刚好有出过给他们国家的某个客户,你也可以介绍他到你的客户那里购买。 如果是下单前的大货样,工厂要收的样品费用及其他费用是否和家用不同?告知客人。让客人选择就可以,同时客人会根据你的提议回复邮件。
