I have recently read the Harry Potter series and would like to share my thoughts after finishing the series. 。

Firstly, I am in awe at the intricacy of the plot which unfolded with each novel. Even though J.K.Rowling wrote it for her young readers, the depth of the story kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. She managed to create a universe, consisting of Hogwarts, various creatures, spells and several other magical things, so vivid that it seemed as if all these things were actually real.

Secondly, I was deeply touched by the characters and their development throughout the series. Rowling has created a handful of characters that are as real as life. From Harry’s bravery to Hermione’s intellect, the characters have made me invest emotionally in the series. The characters’ dynamics and relationships with each other were truly inspiring.

Finally, the themes of love, loyalty, friendship and courage were the hallmarks of the series. Reading it felt like a roller coaster of emotions. It has inspired me to constantly strive to be a better person.
