求助信
一、概述
求助信是当个人遇到一些自己无法解决的问题或困难时向别人请求帮助的一种书信。通常包括三部分内容：
1. 表明写信目的，请求帮助。
2. 要清晰陈述请求帮助的具体内容。
3. 希望得到帮助。注意语气委婉、真诚，并要向收信人表示感谢。
二、求助信的写作结构：
1. 交代背景 / 询问对方，点明目的_；
2. 叙述现状，描述困难，恳求帮助；
3. 寻求帮助，表示感谢，期盼回复。
三、求助信得写作步骤 A：点明目的
我写信是为了向你寻求帮助。
I’m writing to you to get/ ask for some help.
I am writing this letter to ask you to do me a favor/give me a hand. B.描述困难
我在英语学习方面遇到了一些困难。 1. I have some difficulty/ trouble in doing…
2. The reason why I write this letter is that I have trouble when I do sth. C.寻求帮助/建议 你可以帮助我吗？
Could you please give me a hand?
I wonder if you can help me with the difficulty. D.表示感谢
如果你能帮助我/给予我建议，我将不胜感激。 1. I would be grateful if you could give me some
suggestions (on how to solve the problem).
2.I would appreciate it if you could offer me help. E.期盼回复
希望尽快收到你的来信。
Looking forward to/ Hoping for your early reply (and I’ll be grateful for your help). I sincerely hope to get your timely reply.
四、求助信模板： Dear ________,
My name is _____. I’m writing to ask whether you could do me a favour. (说明自己身份，提出写信目的) I have had much difficulty/trouble in _____ (交代自己面临的困难)。 Besides, I’m very upset that____ (提出令自己苦恼的问题). What’s more, I don’t know _____(进一步说明自己的困境). I’m wondering if you could be so kind as to ________ so that _________ (请求对方帮助). In the meantime/ At

（2011山东卷） 假设你是李华，你的美国朋友Tom上个月来到北京学习。七月份你将去北京参加暑期中学生英语演讲比赛(speech contest)，你在资料搜集、语言运用等方面遇到了困难。请根据以下要点给Tom写一封电子邮件：
a．询问Tom的生活和学习情况；b．谈谈你的困难并请Tom帮忙； c．告诉Tom你打算赛后去看他。
