产学研构建下大连地区日语人才培养模式改革研究

【摘 要】伴随对日服务外包产业在我省的迅速发展，该行业对日语专业人才的需求也在快速增加。在产学研一体化的大背景下，通过校企合作的实证调查研究，了解本地区服务外包行业对日语人才的需求，并针对新时期岗位需求变化提出人才培养模式新的实施方案，以期为我省区域经济发展的人才培养及教学改革提供可资借鉴的对策建议。%With the rapid development of service outsourcing industry in our province, the industry demand for Japanese professionals is growing at a rapid. In the background of the Industry-University-Research cooperation, based on the empirical research of school-enter-prise cooperation, this paper analyzes the local service outsourcing industry demand for Japanese talents, and puts forward the implemen-tation scheme of personnel training mode of new changes in the new era of job demand, in order to provides countermeasures reference as the talent cultivation of regional economic development in our province and its teaching reform. 【总页数】2页(P41-42) 【作 者】牟海涛
