1 邮件开头的写法:

1)先夸夸客户的想法很聪明

a. Look like you have an innovative marketing campaign, I am interested in knowing how you came up with this idea?

b. First of all, I appreciate your willingness to distribute our product in your market. That is extremely encouraging as I see it as your positive feedback on our product and its opportunity in your market.

c. First of all, I would like to appreciate your intention to work exclusively with us. This means to me our product can serve your market well and I assume that also means you are happy with our relationship.

2)谢谢给机会报价或推广我们的产品

a. Thanks for having a chance to review our quotation.

b. Thanks for your interest in distributing our product and in particular the products in our latest catalogue.

3) 客户断了联系又回来了

a. I am glad we are back to track eventually. Weve been awaiting for your feedback for long.

b. Thanks for your re-enquiry. I hope everything is fine with you and thanks for the re-connection.

4) 年初写给客户的信

Season greeting! On behalf of Xiamen Fine Chemical, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your business and support in the last year.

5) 回顾以往

a. Look back on our long successful history it makes perfect sense that we can work further and closer together.

2)降价,但是要附上合理的理由


a. I would like to reasonable adjust it and try to match it.

b. What I would suggest is that let us review your annual product demands and come up with a price-volume mix for your reference. (以量换价)

c. We suggest a one time bulk (with pre-paid deposit) order from you to reduce the amount of affected qty. (以量换价)

d. We suggest you put forward an annual order forecast so that we could negotiate our consolidate demand with suppliers and try to combat with the increase. (以量换价) e. Volume is always the best way for a cost down. (以量换价) f. I need to go volume in order to amortize my cost.. (以量换价)

3)不要只谈价格,找出和竞争对手的区别,善加利用,扬长避短。

a. A low price on the quotation could turn out to be never-ending trouble in the future. b. Indeed we are not really competitive if price is your ONLY concern.

4) 委婉的跟客户说你的价格我们做不到

a. That is gone be a very challenging target price to hit. Are you open for ideas about cutting the cost?

a. This is our fault and I humbly ask for your forgiveness and the opportunity to show our improvement. We learn from mistakes and we are confident that this will not happen again.

b. Here, I very much hope that you could give us another chance to cooperate with each other. We guarantee that similar situation could never occur again in the future.
