Change is a action which is indispensable to life, perhaps, you will change your career, maybe you'll change your status, but changing oneself is the most important forever.

Changing yourself can make you more harmonious with your colleagues, can make you look more excellent, can make you satisfied with others, can make you more up a level! Change is the best choice.

A young man came to work in a company, at first he held all kinds of lofty goals and wanted to do a great business, but then he found; everyone in company crowed him, and he is like air, invisible, and as does not exist generally...... Various pressures and dissatisfaction prompted him to want to go another company to begin his work, the new journey,
