Prefer 的用法小节

Prefer v.更喜欢，后跟名词、代词、动名词。 常见句型：

（1）prefer sth 更喜欢某事/某物 e.g She prefers apples. 她更喜欢苹果。

（2）prefer sth to sth 比起某物更喜欢某物

e.g XiaoMiao prefers English to math. 比起英语小明更喜欢数学。 (3)prefer to do sth 更喜欢做某事

e.g He prefers to play basketball. 他更喜欢打篮球。

(4)prefer to do sth rather than do sth. 宁愿做某事而不愿做某事

He prefers to play computer games rather than read English books.

他宁愿玩电脑游戏而不愿读英语书。 (5) prefer doing sth to doing sth.

比起做某事更喜欢做某事

e.g He prefers watching TV to playing the piano. 比起弹钢琴他更喜欢看电视。
