Last July, the floods in Henan Province touched the hearts of every Chinese person.

Within a few days, the rainfall soared and the flooding was concentrated in Zhengzhou and surrounding cities, and the extraordinarily heavy rainfall in Henan immediately hit the news and newspapers.

The news reported that the amount of rainfall in one day was equivalent to the usual amount of rainfall in a year. I was surprised to see waist deep water on TV, so deep that I had only seen it in the southern region.

The relentless flood engulfed cars on the streets, came at people's houses, washed away countless bridges, dikes broke, subways were trapped, that water was up to the neck, some people had left their last words ...... but a ray of sunshine shone in, Hebei, Jiangsu, Shanxi , Anhui, Shandong, Jiangxi, Hubei and other provinces, all quickly rushed to help Henan.
