新学期来临，孩子们从家庭环境中走出，来到幼儿园这个大集体中，从几人宠爱于一身到团体中来，有许多的不适应，如自理能力、团结、服务意识都有待于培养、提高。

我们就利用一日生活中的细节对孩子进行爱心教育和服务意识。如在吃饭时，老师和保育员忙着盛饭、端饭，忙的不可开交，于是就发动幼儿当班长，当老师的小助手。好多的孩子都特别乐意为别人服务，给大家端饭。

再如起床时，有的孩子不会自己穿衣服，我们就教育孩子要帮助有困难的小朋友，于是好多能力强的孩子就帮助别人穿衣服、扣纽扣、系鞋带等。
