职责：工厂所生产的货物必须保证品质合格及数量准确；针对产品进行资料、外观、性能、

尺寸的核对，以保证产品到消费者手中的使用。

1.接到验货通知，先了解所验内容；数量、客人对品质要求、 产品基本情况

2.业务会提供工厂联系资料及地址。提前确认工厂是否完成数量，产品PASS后再确认验货


日期。

3.出发前须与工厂确认，并让工厂提前准备相关验货治具。。 最好准备一个客人的参照样品，这样方便于标准的判定。 4.到达工厂后首先清点数量要与订单符合，按照AOL二级水准抽样

取样时要平均。其次核对外箱资料，条码、唛头印刷字体清晰、内容正确，产品要资料相符。

再次对产品的外观、尺寸、性能、包装进行检验。并对不良现象做记录，即时对产品不良现 象做出标示

５.整个验货场地要整洁，摆放有序。

６.产品检验完后针对此批货物做出检验报告，并让负责人签字，各方一分存底。如不良现

象已达到退货标准，也同样写也报告并签字，不良现象要拍照留底。
