医院联营资源整合后财务管理模式的探讨

【摘 要】新医改政策的实施给医院的财务管理提出了更高的要求，医院的资源整合是适应医疗资源合理集中化的需求，统一的管理模式和资源调配将提高区域内的整体医疗水平。医院财务管理在医院经营中起到举足轻重的作用，良好的财务管理可以提升医院的管理质量。医院联营后资源整合给医院财务管理带来了财务核算不统一、财务规章制度不一致、整合后运行成本增加等问题，本文对医院资源整合后财务管理模式提出成立清产审核小组、健全财务规章制度、统一经济分配政策等建议。%The implementation of the new medical reform policies put a higher demand for the hospital finance management, the integration of resources hosted centralized application needs to adapt to a reasonable medical resources, and unified management, and resource allocation would improve the overall health level of the region, the financial management of hospitals has played a pivotal role in the management of the hos-pital.For the present, the hospital merger, joint venture, trust resource integration, and hospital financial management encountered a lot of prob-lems.The study on integration of hospital resources financial management mode proposed established asset audit team, perfect financial rules and regulations, unified economic distribution policy. 【总页数】3页(P67-69)
