Step up to better health
A:As we all know,exercise is important for both the body and the mind. However, many people do not realize the importance of exercise and live a passive life, which generates many negative effects physically and mentally. What are the benefits of exercise on people’s health?
B:Physical activity burns calories, so the more you excercise, the more calories you will burn.And exercise may help you succeed in your weight loss.
C:As I know, exercising improves mood and due to the chemicals it releases in the brain called endorphins, it gives you an overall feeling of well-being.
A:So ,do you have any exercise problems?
B:Just I don't know how to allocate sports time . You know , most adults need at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity at least five days per week including walking, mowing the lawn, dancing, swimming for recreation or bicycling.
