3只小猪盖房子的故事英语版

Once upon a time, there were three little pigs who left their pigsty to build their own homes. The first little pig was lazy and decided to build his house out of straw, which was easy and quick to collect. The second little pig was a bit smarter and built his house out of sticks, which took a little more effort, but was still relatively quick. The third little pig was the wisest and decided to build his house out of sturdy bricks, which took longer to collect and build, but would provide the best protection from any danger.

As the days went by, the three little pigs each completed their homes and settled in. One day, a hungry wolf came along and saw the straw house of the first little pig and decided to try and eat him. The wolf approached the straw house and blew it down with one breath. The frightened pig ran to the stick house of the second little pig for protection. However, the wolf soon arrived and blew the stick house down too with little effort.

The two little pigs ran to the brick house of the third little pig for safety. The wolf tried to blow the brick house down, but it was built too strong and sturdy. Frustrated, the wolf decided to climb on the roof and try and come down the chimney. The clever little pig had a pot of boiling water on the fire to catch any intruders


and when the wolf climbed down the chimney, he fell into the pot and was cooked.

The three little pigs were safe and happy in their brick house, and they learned an important lesson that day. It's better to put hard work and effort into building something sturdy and secure, rather than take shortcuts and try to cut corners. The lazy little pig and the smarter little pigs learned the hard way, but the wise and diligent little pig was able to protect himself and his brothers from harm.

From that day on, the three little pigs lived happily in their well-built brick house, and they all knew that hard work and diligence always pays off in the end.
