SEA FREIGHT EXPORT CONTRACT

PARTIES:

Seller: [Insert Name and Address of Seller] Buyer: [Insert Name and Address of Buyer]

1. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy, the goods described as follows:

[Insert Description of goods, including Quantity, Weight, Measurement, Marks, and Numbers]

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

The total price of the goods is [Insert Total Price in United States Dollars (USD)]. The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller a deposit of [Insert Deposit Amount in United States Dollars (USD)], which shall be paid within [Insert Number of Days] days after signing this Contract.
