Unit 4 Why don`t you talk to your parents. 第一课时Section A(1a-2c)教学设计

教学目标：
1. 知识目标：
1). 单词: allow, wrong, midnight
2). 短语allow sb.to do sth., hang out, too many after-school classes, get into a fight 2. 能力目标：学会用本节课的内容询问或谈论问题及征询或提出建议。 3. 情感目标：能够询问问题并给出建议，学会关心他人。 4. 学习重难点： 1）、--You look tired.What`s the matter?
--I studied until midnight last night so I didn`t get enough sleep. --Why don`t you go to sleep earlier this evening. 2）、情态动词should /could的用法。
学情分析：
由于当代中学生绝大多数是家里的独生子女，所以养成了他们很多人以我为中心的心理，他们中有些人社会意识淡薄，认识不够深刻，学习方法比较单一，知识掌握不牢固，但好奇心较强，应采用形象生动,形式多样的教学方法去激发学生学习的兴趣。
学习过程：

1、阅读课本第25页－第26页，独立翻译下面的短语：

场景1：You want to buy a new bike, but you don't have enough money. So you're asking for advice. 场景2：Your best friend always has a fight with his parents. So you're trying to help him.
场景3：You think you have too much homework. And you are always sleepy in class. So you are asking your friends for help.
Rules：班级同学分为两大组，每组从以上3个场景中任选一个场景，根据今天所学内容小组编写对话。或者自己随意设置一个场景，编写对话。表演过程中看哪一组又对又快，参与次数最多的小组获胜。

Why don’t you …/Why not … 三、【点拨升华】：
1. Why don’t you talk to your parents?
“Why don’t you+ 动词原形?” 相当于“Why not + 动词原形?” 意为“为什么不呢”，一般用在疑问句中，表示提建议；
Eg:Why don’t you go to the party with me?= Why not go to the party with me?
______ ______ ______take a walk? = ______ ______ take a walk? 为什么不去散步呢？ 2.allow v. 允许；准许
allow sb. (not) to do sth. (不)允许某人做某事 eg:
