【摘 要】目前,我国企业日常的财务管理工作已成为企业资金管理的＂主旋律＂,但由于经验和认知等方面的原因,在处理投资、筹资以及收益分配等问题方面还不够完善,造成了某些企业财务管理严重弱化,甚至导致成本上升、效益下降的后果。企业须用市场经济的新观念、新思路,探索财务管理的新路子、新形式,着力革新财会人员的职业观念,强化财务部门在企业运作中的地位和监督职能,使财务管理能够真正起到宏观调控企业内部资金流动的巨大作用,对企业的经济活动实现监控作用,最大限度的降低发生财务危机的可能性。%The routine work of financial management nowis the theme of fund management in domestic enterprises.However,some enterprises fall short of experience and cognition with investment,financing,and revenue distribution,resulting in seriously weakened financial management,or,even worse,an increased cost and decreased benefit.Enterprises need to use newideas and methods that are suitable to market economy to explore better ways and forms of financial management,putting forth effort into renewing profession concept of accountants,strengthening status and supervision function of financial departments,so as to have financial management play the huge micro-control role of regulating internal capital flowin real terms,realize
