I hear that you've got a cold again.I think you should do exercise every day so that you can be strong and healthy.You'd better not spend too much time on computer and stay up too late because it is bad for your health.Besides,you should have three healthy meals every day.Don't eat junk food.

Today we had a class meetting about the traffic

rules.Everyone disscued about the traffic safety and I learned a lot from it.We should be careful with walking,riding and crossing the road.For example,we ought to look around before we cross the road.We have to observe the traffic rules,or we may get hurt.

We held a warm discussion about our future life. Each of us spoke at the meeting actively. After the discussion, we all decided to study hard so as to make our life better and better.
