情境危机：失独老人的自我标签过程解读

【摘 要】The lost and alone elderly have a great pressure because of their only child's death,resulting in a state of physical and mental confusion,so that their life sinks into a crisis.They easily lose self identity,and they are isolated and broken from the society and have serious life meaningless feeling and the plight of the life continuation.When the phrase “lost and alone”is used to define the existence of the only child family after the loss of the child,it is also an indirect group with “lonely”and

“lost”label.These negative label deviation,stereotype and exclusiveness generate the lost and alone elderly emotional crisis from the maltreatment crisis,crisis of identity and fracture crisis.On the contrary,the crisis can be intervened by giving hope,restoring self-respect and support mechanism, by giving more positive energy to the lost and alone elderly to achieve positive label effect in order to help them improve crisis environ-ment,and improve the confidence for the elderly life and independent ability.%失独老人因为孩子的离世而产生了极大的压力，造成了身心混乱的状态，生活陷入了危机中，他们容易失去自我同一性，与社会隔离、断裂，形成严重的生命无意义感，生活延续也陷入困境。当“失独”这个词语用来界定独生子女家庭失去子女后的存在状态时，间接也就给失独群体贴上了“孤独”“失依”的标签。这些负面标签的偏


差化、刻板化和排他性进而催生了失独老人的情绪危机、自虐危机、认同危机和断裂危机。反之，可以通过输入希望、恢复自尊和提供支持等危机干预机制，赋予失独老人更多正面的标签效应，以帮助他们改善危机环境，提高面对老年生活的信心和自主能力。
