法学职业 任职要求

1、法学专业本科以上学历，通过司法考试（必须）

2、能够以英语作为工作语言； 英语专业八级(法律专业需英语六级)，有较强的英文写作能力、语言表达能力和沟通能力，能够熟练准确进行笔译及口译； 具有优秀的中英文表达能力，8级或同等水平； 3、具有至少2~3年以上法律从业经验，金融行业相关的从业经验者优先 4、 有驾照者优先，会开手动档； 5、法律相关硕士以上学历

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in law, accounting, English, business, economy and international trade background or related subject

2. CET 6, TEM 4, TEM8 or equivalent level, good written and oral English skill; 3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 4. Background with oversea study or legal knowledge preferred 5. Familiar with PRC company law and related regulations/rules.

6. Knowledge of company incorporation and liquidation procedures preferred; 7. Experience in a consulting environment is a definite advantage

8. More than 3 years working experience in related areas, similar working experiences in consulting firm or paralegal experience in foreign law firm are highly appreciated;

9. Self motivated team player with a dedication to teamwork and leadership 10. Strong analytical, problem solving, report writing and presentation skills. 11. May work under high pressure and adapt into dynamic working environment;

2、法学基础扎实，具有独立的分析、处理问题的能力。 3、具有很强的学习能力及应辩能力，有担当.

4、对工作认真负责，对公司案件具有较强的耐心，能自行搜集查找资料。 5、对企业顾问方面出具意见及领导交给的其他任务。 6、协助律师开庭，等尽快的独立开庭。

4年以上法律事务所（面向制造型企业）实务经验； 精通香港法律；

能独立制作合约书、法律文书的能力； 具备理解法律及法律文书的能力；

具备熟练的日语或者英语交流能力（与国外律师交流能力）； 熟练操作Office办公软件；

1.负责审核公司经营及基金运作合同及其他法律文件； 2.负责董事会相关文件的起草（中英文）；
