【摘 要】大学主要有三大职能，即人才培养、科学研究、服务社会。当前，高校承担的社会职能日益凸显，高校如何有效地服务地方经济社会发展，是高等教育发展和地方政府关注的重要话题。山东工商学院作为一所驻烟高校，学校从规划层面对接地方经济发展需求，通过优化专业布局、深化人才培养模式、产学研合作等措施探索服务地方新途径，实现高校与地方发展的双赢。%Institution of higher learning have three principal functions: personnel training , scientific research and social serv-ice.Nowadays, the social function undertook by colleges is increasing prominent .And how Institution of higher learning effectively serve the local economic and social development has became an important issue to which colleges and local governments paid much more attention .As a college , Shandong Institute of Business and Technology ( SDIBT ) has docked its programming with require-ments of local economic and social development .Through optimizing overall industry allocation , deepening patterns of personnel training and the corporation between university and companies , we can realize the win -win situation for the colleges themselves and local economic development . 【总页数】2页(P34-35)
